The Brand is title sponsor of the United Rugby Championship, which, in the Northern Hemisphere from the season 2022-23 and for the next three years, will bear the name “BKT United Rugby Championship”. The BKT United Rugby Championship is a top-level tournament that sees the best clubs in Europe and South Africa challenge each other, twelve in all, including Ireland, Scotland, Italy and Wales and four from South Africa. In the 2021-22 season the URC recorded peak TV viewing figures of 34.6 million spectators, a clear sign of the important media resonance of this league.
