During the 2021/2022 season, BKT has stood out for the support it has given to various projects promoting charitable causes.
The 2021/2022 season of Ligue 2 BKT has offered a new opportunity for BKT to be committed to charitable causes, through various operations with wide social scope. In November 2021, on the occasion of International Children’s Rights Day, BKT gave its support to an operation of creation of awareness of the cause of children’s rights among the general public. In collaboration with the CNAPE - Convention Nationale des Associations de Protection de l’Enfant (National Convention of Child Protection Associations) - BKT is involved in the campaign "Pour que l’enfance soit un jeu d’enfants" (So childhood can be a child’s game”). On this occasion, the LFP promoted a film and orchestrated a communication campaign in which the 20 logos of the clubs in Ligue 2 BKT and that of the Ligue 2 BKT itself were redesigned by children. In April 2022, BKT decided to renew its collaboration with the CNAPE on the occasion of the concluding days of the Ligue 2 BKT. Between 19 April and 2 May, BKT and CNAPE collaborated with more than 30 associations safeguarding childhood to offer a number of children the opportunity to watch the games of the BKT Ligue 2. This new collaboration enabled more than 1300 children to experience a unique moment in the stadiums of the Ligue 2 BKT, as a representative of an association from Dunkirk testifies: "This moment enabled a number of families to meet up and spend a wonderful day together. We saw many smiles on the children’s faces. Some children told us that it was a dream to enter the football stadium, for others their parents were able to give them a surprise at the very moment of entering the stadium". Furthermore, BKT cooperates continually with Kabubu, an association that assists refugees and has their integration into society through the values of sport as its objective. From November 2021, Kabubu is organising urban excursions with a fleet of over 30 bicycles donated by BKT, enabling the members of the association to discover the city of Paris. In addition to these excursions, BKT has made 50 bicycles available to the youngest members of Kabubu to familiarise them with bicycles and make it easier for them to move around. BKT, a protagonist committed to sport and to supporting society.
