Huge involvement in the challenge launched by BKT devoted to fans of the BKT United Rugby Championship. A new record for Tire Tries too.
Huge involvement in the BKT Fan Games organized in Scotland by BKT Tires. Fans of the BKT United Rugby Championship were the protagonists of a special day that saw them involved in numerous activities. In particular, during the Glasgow Warriors vs Scarlets (14 April) and Edinburgh vs Ospreys (15 April) matches, an area was prepared to entertain the public who had come to watch the weekend’s two major games. The Title Sponsor of the most compelling rugby championship in the Northern Hemisphere wanted to challenge all fans of the BKT URC in a fun rugby-themed competition of skill: each participant, in fact, had the task of simulating a pass by throwing the ball through three different sizes of BKT tires. The action immediately met with great success with those present, who realized straight away that the game was much harder than it looked: in fact, making the pass exactly through the centre of the tire requires skill, reflexes and precision. A fun and memorable moment … in all senses. In addition to giving the prizes to the winners, BKT gave all of them a gif with the salient moments of each performance of the BKT Fan Games to be shared on socials. So between Glasgow and Edinburgh around 500 animated images were sent. As in every round, the BKT Tire Tries competition was also active, and, on the last matchday, it reached a new record of more than 1700 plays. What’s more, one of the special prizes offered by BKT was also assigned: the young Ali in fact won the medal dedicated and presented to the “BKT URC Player of the Match”. The next stage of the BKT Fan Games will now be in Wales, where, on the occasion of Judgment Day, BKT will be on site throughout the day of Saturday 22 April at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff to once again offer an unforgettable experience to all fans of the BKT United Rugby Championship.
